There are different procedures for iOS and Android. To launch your app at the iTunes store, we will create an ID and submit the application. It requires 15 working days to get the membership activated. On activation of the account, we will upload the application.

To get your app launched at Android's Google play, we will create an ID and upload the APK file once the account is activated. Although, the Android app will be made available in the next few hours, it takes 10 working days to get your app listed at the iTunes store.
